The Challenge
SunFed Ranch, a producer of 100% grass-fed beef, needed to stand out in a competitive market and drive product demand.
The Goal
Overhaul their brand and create a high-impact, cross-channel campaign to increase awareness and retail success.
The Approach
Led a comprehensive brand refresh, including an updated logo and full identity system rollout. Directed the design of 25+ new packaging SKUs, crafting distinct, on-shelf presence for multiple product lines. Collaborated cross-functionally on the campaign concept "All Beef. No Bull." to clearly articulate SunFed’s core values of transparency and quality. Directed the execution of a 360° campaign across video, print, in-store, OOH, social, and web, developing compelling storytelling and visuals that emphasized transparency, quality, and sustainability—aligned with modern consumer values.
The Outcome
The campaign drove remarkable results: a +21,672% increase in social engagements year over year (yes, seriously), alongside sold-out SKUs, increased reorders, and expanded shelf space across major retailers. This transformation elevated SunFed Ranch into a breakout brand within the grass-fed beef category, building both visibility and loyalty in a competitive market.
